Andy Newbill, Director of Operations 

Andy has more than 20 years of experience in managing project portfolios and teams, resource planning and utilization, business operations and process improvement. He provides strategic and tactical leadership to develop and maintain human resource and administration practices and procedures throughout Intellective. 

Prior to joining Intellective, Andy held various Vice President positions at Bank of America and Merrill Lynch where he grew and managed multiple high performing technology delivery teams.   

Andy holds both SHRM and Six Sigma certifications, as well as a Bachelor of Special Studies degree from Cornell College.
