Rajiv Viswanathan is the VP of Professional Services and has oversight over all of Intellective’s international business outside the US. Rajiv started Intellective’s presence in 4 years ago and founded and built a development center in Pune, India that serves Intellective’s global needs.

Rajiv is a seasoned technology and business leader with over 2 decades of experience leading complex transformational programs across three continents. He has extensive technical and leadership expertise in the areas of business process management and enterprise content management. He has primarily served in the Financial services industry and leads teams that serve clients across the globe.

Rajiv specializes in building high performing consulting and delivery organizations and has successfully done so in organizations like Deutsche Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, IBM and FileNet.

Prior to joining Intellective Rajiv was head of Change Management in Financial Markets at Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore. He holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering and a Masters degree in Computer Science
