Prior to Intellective, Nick worked more than 10 years in public accounting as a Commercial Tax and Audit Manager.

Nick is a certified public accountant and responsible for the overall financial management of Intellective, its financial reporting and transparency, and for multiple corporate functions including Treasury, Audit, and Tax.

Nick holds a B.S. in Accounting and a Master's in Business Administration from Bellarmine University.
