Senior Vice President - Professional Services

Location: Anywhere in the U.S. (remote)

The Senior Vice President – Professional Services has overall responsibility for Intellective’s services business. Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer, the Senior Vice President drives solid financial performance related to professional services client engagements, ensures consistently outstanding customer care, and actively promotes up/cross sales within existing Intellective engagements.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Intellective’s professional services business 
  • Accountable for the performance of the professional services organization 
  • Define and deliver against Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) 
  • Responsible for meeting relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 
  • Manage Professional Services budgets, including revenue and profit margins; assist with annual budget planning  
  • Accountable for effective and compliant statements of work ensuring profit margin targets are achieved 
  • Deliver consistent status reporting and planning, both written and verbal, as relates to all professional services efforts, tasks, and staff 
  • Contribute to Intellective growth, by identifying, scoping, and selling products and services 
  • Responsible for exemplary client care & satisfaction  
  • Accountable for the performance of every individual in the professional services organization 
  • Responsible for the performance reviews for all direct reports and contributes to the review process for all professional services team members 
  • Responsible for effective motivation and career management of the entire professional services staff 
  • Actively coaches and develops direct reports 
  • Provide constructive input on Intellective’s professional services strategy, direction, and offerings  
  • Maintain proficiency in relevant business, technology, and consulting trends and best practices 
  • Demonstrate exceptional time management, interpersonal, and communications skills

Business Development Manager

Location: Global (remote)

The successful candidate has:

  • Direct sales experience focused on enterprise/corporate sales.
  • A strong background in systems integration selling.
  • Experience selling IBM Enterprise Content Management (ECM) products (FileNet, Case Manager, Enterprise Records). Alfresco familiarity and experience is a strong plus.
  • Salesforce or similar CRM experience preferred
  • A voracious appetite to learn and the ability to apply the concepts of application modernization, digital transformation, information architecture & strategy, and data migration to customer and prospect needs.
  • A proven track record of building sales pipelines quickly and closing new customers consistently.
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills used to interface with clients and partners.

About the role. How you will make an impact:

We’re looking for a proven hunter to join Intellective’s sales team and aggressively drive sales of our products and services in the marketplace to new logos. You are used to working remotely and to self-management. You use that freedom to identify, cultivate and, ultimately, close opportunities to sell Intellective software and services. Delivery Manager

Location: Washington, DC (office); Global (remote)

The first question people as is “what is the difference between a Project Manager and a Delivery Manager?” The answer is simple – Technical or Solution Architecture skills. At Intellective, we expect all our managers to offer more than just management – they must be able to understand what our customers do and what WE do. This could be a technical capability, such as development skills, or consulting skills like business analysis or user experience design.

As a Delivery Manager you will work with Intellective clients, teams, and Operational and Executive groups to ensure project deliverables and client satisfaction, oversee, monitor and direct project teams, and provide frequent updates to Intellective management on project status, staffing and profitability. This position will act as part of the overall team, in which you are responsible for your own deliverables as well as the overall quality and results of the projects or initiatives in which you are involved. This role requires occasional off-hours work to support clients and personnel in different time zones.
